When fighting with thinning of hair and hair fall, this hair pack is your savior for the time.
Take two eggs, two vitamin E capsules and two tablespoons of cold pressed almond oil or extra virgin olive oil, the ingredients given are for medium length hair for any shorter or longer lengths of hair work the quantities accordingly.
Beat the eggs and oil until fluffy now mix in the vitamin e gel. Blend them thoroughly and apply to hair. Leave on for 20 -30 minutes and wash off follow with a good shampoo.
Moisturizing Hair Pack
Worried about dry hair then try this hair pack.
Mix aloe vera gel with two teaspoons of vinegar, two Vitamin E capsules, one teaspoon of pure glycerine and an egg. Mix them thoroughly well. Now massage it onto your hair and apply well on all hair. Cover up with a shower cap for some 30 -40 minutes. Follow up with a shampoo wash.
Aloe Vera- Vitamin E Mask
For this mask all you need is to get some aloe vera juice, two Vitamin E capsules, Almond oil and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
Pour some aloe vera juice in a bowl (keeping your hair health into consideration). Now slit cut the Vitamin E capsules and take out the gel. Mix the vitamin e gel, almond oil and lemon with the aloe vera gel. Massage it in your scalp and apply all over your hair. Wrap a hot towel around hair for better results. Leave it on for an hour and wash off with a mild shampoo.
This will make your hair softer, smoother, and shinier and also fight against dandruff.
Jojoba Oil- Vitamin E mask
The ingredients used for this mask are Vitamin E Oil, Jojoba Oil & Aloe Vera gel. Take three tablespoons of each ingredient and mix them together. Beating them together will get you a fluffy whipped hair gel pack. Apply this and leave it on your hair for 45 minutes before washing off.
Jojoba oil in this pack helps boost the vitamin e oil functioning and make hair softer & shinier.
Avocado Hair mask
Avocado is a rich source of Vitamin E.
Take a half a ripe avocado, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and one fourth tablespoon of Vitamin E oil.
Blend all the ingredients in a blender till the time you have a smooth- creamy mixture. Apply this mixture on your hair and tie them up in a bun. Allow it to sit for 30 minutes. Follow up with the regular shampoo and conditioner.
This mask not only moisturizes hair but also promotes hair growth.
