But, now I am on a mission and it is called “Review Them All”, I have a hell lot of products waiting to meet you .

About Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Lipstick:
Bold, matte and long-lasting color with 24hr hold. It’s lightweight, velvety texture and non-drying formula gives extreme comfort that doesn’t smudge!
From sassy reds to vibrant pinks and everyday nudes there is a color to suit every occasion
EXPERT TIP: Apply using your fingertips for a softer look or use the applicator and build up the coverage for an intense statement pout!
Packaging: The gorgeous lipsticks are packaged in a little fat rectangular tube, wider than our normal lipsticks. They are super easy to find in my makeup bag because of the same color as the lipstick inside. They have a twist open cap so you can hang out with carrying them in your purse easily. I quite like the sturdy packaging.
My Experience with Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Lipstick- 07 Nude-ist
Oh My Gosh! God is so kind to me these days, I am discovering my Holy Grail products day by day. Everything is turning out to be super awesome that I have to start my experience part with OMG . This gorgeous lipstick has turned out to be the most perfect nude for me, it is a beautiful dusky pink just how I like my nudes to be. It may not suit dusky or darker skin tones but most of the medium skinned Indian beauties will love it to the core. I am around NC 37, if you’re paler or lighter than me then it will be a tad brighter for you. It is insanely pigmented so hides my lip pigmentation well.
Coming to the texture, it has a beautiful creamy and velvety texture (*the name is so apt*) and it glides on beautifully on my *moisturized* lips but, it doesn’t glides that well on dry and flaky lips. The texture initially isn’t completely matte on the lips, but settles down amazingly within 2 minutes or so.
The doe foot applicator is marvelous it gives me so much control to achieve the perfect lips in a single coat. It comes out every time with the perfect amount of color that I need for my lips, the bullet has some kind of control for that just like our mascaras. Considering it is a light color it lasted on and on and on with a little fading which looked fab as well because it gave a natural look to my lips.
Don’t worry if you have dry lips because it doesn’t dry out lips at all and I mean it. Though if one has any dry flakes, then they will be enhanced but not much like the other matte lipsticks in the market. I just wear it normally because I use lip balm every morning and night so I had nothing to worry about.
So summing it up.
