My take on Accessorize Merged Baked Blusher in Scandal:
Packaging: Accessorize baked blusher comes in a pan packaging with a transparent lid on which beautiful butterflies are imprinted along with the logo of Accessorize brand. I liked its funky packaging and its very much sturdy too. Complete list of ingredients and net quantity is mentioned at the back of the blusher pan.
Shade: Accessorize merged blusher in scandal is a light berry toned frosty shade. I had checked several online sites and had found the shade to be very different and those pictures were indeed misleading and I ended up buying this shade. This shade will flatter people with cool or neutral tones. It can double up as a frosty highlighter too. I am highly disappointed with this shade.
Pigmentation: Accessorize scandal blush is a pigmented blush but the shade does not show up properly on skin tone above NC 42. After blending, it looks more like a highlighter than a blush. It will suit people with cool tones better.
Texture & Finish: The surface of the baked blusher is not hard like usual baked blushers available in market. It is a scarlet berry toned blusher with yellow veining all over it. One would not have to swipe multiple times to pick up the product. It has very fine shimmers which does not show up. It comes with a pearlescent frosty finish that gives a glowing effect on skin. After it blends, all I see is berry hints with frosty finish.
Wear Time: With a skin primer underneath, it stays on my skin for some 4 hours. The color fades within 2 hours and the frostiness remains for couple of hours more.
Availability: Available at many Indian and international online shopping sites.
