L’Oreal Paris Anti-Aging Serum Lipstick Blushing Bouquet 201
I am here again with an interesting review of another shade from the L’Oreal Paris Anti-Aging Serum Lipsticks. The shade is Blushing Bouquet and it is a nude pink shade with very slight pink undertones.
About L’Oreal Paris Anti-Aging Serum Lipstick Blushing Bouquet 201
This lipstick formula from L’Oreal is quite similar to the orignial Color Riche line, but with an Anti-Aging Serum core. If you notice, there’s a small teardrop of “Anti-Aging Serum” that runs through the middle of the lipstick. These are designed to help improve the look of lips, including minimizing fine lines. The way the product does this is mostly by acting as a lip plumping lipstick thereby minimizing any lines.
- Packed with advanced anti-aging ingredients With an anti-aging serum this powerful, lips see immediate, visible improvement Made in Paris
- Kiss the signs of aging goodbye. Color riche anti-aging serum coats your lips with rich, creamy color and it’s enhanced with L’Oreal’s exclusive anti-aging serum, including ProXalyne, Collagen, Hyaluronic micro-spheres and Glycerin which can help create younger-looking lips
Packaging– These lipsticks have a unique silver packaging and have a golden rim at the center of the lipstick case with the brand name cared on it. I have already said before that the packaging is not very impressive and looks a little cheap.
Shade & Texture-
The shade Blushing Bouquet is a nude shade with very light pink undertones. The shade is mainly for the medium and fair skin tones as it may wash out the deeper skin tones. The shade has a semi-matte finish and a soft sheen is clearly visible on the lips.
The texture of the lipstick is very moisturizing and it easily glides on the lips even if they are not primed before. However, winters make the lips a little flaky and so initial application of a lip balm would be great for the natural look of the lipstick.
My Experience With Loreal Paris Anti-Aging Serum Lipstick Blushing Bouquet:
Well, I love these nude shades and after trying some bold shades I am really loving the change. Nude shades are easy to carry by anyone and don’t need any particular occasion. You can always be casual with nude shades unlike the bold matte shades.
The shade Blushing Bouquet looks very nude pink just as a light blush stroke. The shade will easily hide lip pigmentation and it is not completely sheer in multiple swipes.
The shade is moisturizing on the lips and the inner core enriched with the Anti-Aging Serum gives a little cooling sensation
The texture is semi-matte and gives a light sheen on the pout. It would look perfect with smoky eyes as the nude shade comes out beautifully on medium & fair skin tones. Dusky beauties need to stay away from this lip shade.
The staying power is not that great as it is almost nude and wipes off on eating or drinking. The lip shade is easily transferable on objects like glass or cup.
The shade doesn’t look much obvious in natural light so I took a picture in flash light to show how it looks on me!
What I like about Loreal Paris Anti-Aging Serum Lipstick Blushing Bouquet:
- Beautiful nude pink shade
- Soft sheen
- Semi-matte finish
- Moisturizing on the lips
- Gives a natural color to the pout
What I don’t like about L’Oreal Paris Anti-Aging Serum Lipstick Blushing Bouquet:
- Cheap Packaging
- May not suit dark skin tones
- Non-Availabilty in India
Will I recommend?- These lipsticks can be tried if you are fond of natural pink color on the lips.
