I tried some amazing shades of MAC lip glass and have shared with you all in past few months and I still prefer their permanent line shades. I’m sorry for not posting in recent times; it is due to some personal reasons and I’m hoping to be here as often as I can.
Size – 4.8 gm, Price – 1150 /- INR, Available at MAC stores across India
My experience with MAC SPICE Lipglass :
Shade – MAC SPICE Lip glass is described as Midtonal neutral nude; it is neutral toned soft rosy caramel brown shade with no shimmer or glitter. I love MAC Lip glass which has some shimmer and glitter but this looks so flattering that I don’t mind to pick a backup as shades like these make me look pale but this is an exception.
Texture – MAC lip glass have sticky texture and feels little heavy on lip but if you love long staying gloss then you must pick one of these to see and feel. If you have a habit of pressing your lips then it may settle in fine lines and would feel tacky but if you like to look polished then don’t even try to play around; they are not easy to handle. This shade doesn’t settle in fine lines like some other lighter shades from MAC.
Pigmentation – It is gorgeously pigmented and is opaque in single swipe however another layer adds more even finish.
What I like about MAC Spice Lipglass:
- The staying power is good.
- The shade is beautiful on its own and looks even more beautiful with lip pencil or lipstick.
- The matte finish looks polished.
- The doe foot applicator gives precise application.
- The classic vanilla fragrance is so addictive.
What I don’t like MAC Spice Lipglass:
- The price is too steep.
- The sticky nature is a big no.
Ratings – 4/5
Recommendations – It is regular MAC Sticky lip glass but the shade is very flattering on our skin tone and if paired with same lip liner it is even more gorgeous. I highly recommend you to give this a shot as neutral shades make us look pale but this isn’t.
