I’m glad you like theBalm Instain blush reviews, here is another feather in the cap – SWISS DOT( just see the dotted design on the packaging ) . I picked 4 blushes keeping in mind my warm olive skin tone and as I picked online , I was quite sceptical but gladly they all turned out awesome. If I have to give BLUSH of the year award it would defiantly go to INSTAIN BLUSEHS by THEBALM, trust me they are perfectly made.
Size – 5.5 gm,
Price – 1400 /- INR, Available at Amazon, Strawberrynet.com and Thebalm site
My experience with TheBalm Instain Blush in Swiss Dot :
Shade – SWISS DOT looks quite peachy coral in pan however it is more of a orangeish coral on cheeks and you can see that in pictures below , I have used highlighter but the shade of blush can be easily make out from pics .The colour no wonder is very flattering on its own and if paired with good highlighter as it’s almost matte.
Texture – The texture is finally milled and you need to pick it with very light hand as the texture is buttery smooth.
Pigmentation – SWISS DOT , as you can see in swatch seems little powdery but if you use a fan brush I’m sure you can control overdoing it.
Staying power – On my oily skin it stays nicely for 7 plus hrs and then starts to fade lightly but it does leave behind a good stain as the name suggests .
What I like about TheBalm Instain Blush in Swiss Dot :
- I love the bright orange coral shade which is very flattering.
- The staying power is awesome.
- The packaging is light weight and handy.
- The blush fades evenly without being patchy.
- The texture is awesome and finally milled.
What I don’t like about TheBalm Instain Blush in Swiss Dot :
- Just availability is an issue; else there is nothing to complaint about.
Ratings – 4.5 /5
Recommendations – The blushes I tried were consistent overall in terms of pigmentation and staying power and hence I highly recommend you to pick one of these if possible. These blushes are insanely gorgeous in pan and even more wonderful on cheeks and above all , comes with a decent price tag.
