Lemons are rich in Vitamin C that enhances your beauty and rejuvenates skin from within. A glass of lemonade in the morning also paves way for losing weight faster.
Raw tea as they say, plain green tea or ginger tea work well to detoxify body and ward off illness. You can squeeze a lemon too if you want. Tea, especially green tea, helps to reduce stress levels, heal wounds faster, aid digestion, improve heart and mental health and regulate body temperature.
Take fresh Parsley, Spinach, Mint, Cabbage and any other leafy vegetables of your choice. Wash them properly and blend them well. Add orange juice to it and drink twice daily. Green leafy vegetables are low in fat and are brimming with dietary fiber, folic acid, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium, as well as a host of phytochemicals.
Papaya and cucumber juice
Blend half of a papaya and a cucumber and other citrus fruits of choice. Drink this in the morning in empty stomach. The wonder fruit papaya, is loaded with nutrients and its regular consumption improves skin, relieves digestive problems, protects your eyes and heart and even lowers your risk of cancer. Cucumbers are low in calories, and are good source of water, vitamin K, potassium and unique anti-oxidants.
Beetroot and Grapefruit juice
Mix a beetroot, an apple, 1 grapefruit and 2-4 tbsp of lemon in a blender till it becomes as smooth as possible. Beetroot has been linked with better stamina and improved blood flood, whereas, Grapefruit is rich in vitamin C and potassium and also is a good source of folate, iron, calcium, and other minerals.
