3 Bollywood Celebrities Inspired Makeup Looks
Bollywood has a lot of impact on us Indians. Be it the trending fashion or the alluring makeup, none can deny the influence of bollywood.
And when we talk of influence, our bollywood leading ladies take the first seat. They influence whole of our styling… of course all the good styles I am talking about; we do not follow crap trends.
Being a makeup enthusiast and an ardent bollywood fan, I definitely had to try some of the famous bollywood makeup looks. Today I am here to share with you all few of the bollywood inspired makeup looks that I tried.
Have a look.
This leggy lass does not fail to impress us, be it with her style or with her acting skills. She is fabulous actress who rarely goes wrong with her styles and makeup. I quite liked her in this Blue – Green eye makeup look paired with a bronzer. Here in this look, I tried to replicate her eye makeup but for the face I opted to choose a blush rather than a bronzer. For this look I have used MAC Unflappable eyeshadow, MAC Electric Eel eyeshadow & Maybelline New York Emerald Isle eyeshadow Quad.
This half Indian – half British beauty rules many hearts and has a huge fan following. She is one of those actresses who look very gorgeous even without makeup. Katrina flaunted this subtle smokey look in one of her movie and I loved it a lot. I found this look of hers very wearable and easy to carry. Not all can carry those heavily smoked eyes with ease and this look is their bet. For this look I used Kryolan Translucent Loose Powder, Maybelline gel eyeliner, MAC paint pot Quite natural, MAC mineralize skin finish natural give me sun & MAC rice paper as highlighter.
Anushka Sharma is a born beauty and has some remarkable work to her credits. She does few but great movies. I love her for her phenomenal personality and like her spirit of trying new looks, she is very experimental. In one of hers recent flick she flaunted a pixie look paired with traditional Indian heavy kohled eyes. I too gave this look a shot. Since I have a long mane which I do not intend to chop any sooner, I got myself a wig to carry this look. Anushka has a fair complexion, while I have olive skin, so for this look I made a few variation. Instead of heavy blushers, I chose to apply a soft blush and bronzer and for lips chose a bright lip color rather than Anushka’s muddy rose pink lip color which looked pretty natural on her. For this look I have used Coastal Scents Neutral Eye Shadow Palette, Clinique Even Better Eyes Dark Circle Corrector, Kryolan Paint Stick, NYX lip creme Ibiza and San Paulo, Maybelline black eyeliner, Illamasqua eyeshadow Vernau, MAC blush Peachtwist.
I hope you liked these bollywood actresses makeup looks of mine. Anushka’s look is the recent look which I tried and it happens to be my favorite.
Which among these is your favorite?
