Peel a bulb of fresh clove and place it under your tongue. Occasionally, crush your teeth against the garlic to release its allicin, a chemical that can kill the bacteria that causes sore throat. Don’t chew and eat the whole garlic at once. The key is to keep the garlic in your mouth for as long as possible.
Cut a lemon into half. Take one piece and put some salt and black pepper on it, press with a spoon so that salt-pepper penetrates into the lime. Place the lemon in the microwave and warm it up. You can also warm it on gas oven. Just make sure you don’t burn it. Now slowly lick the warm lemon squeezing it until no juice remains.
