Iraya Lotus Eye Contour Cream
Hello gorgeous ladies,
Today I am here with a review of a product that has been in my stash from quite some time but I just could not review it for some odd reasons. Iraya is quite a popular brand known for its all natural products and I shall review an eye contour cream by this brand.

Directions For use: Gently apply around the eye area, with smooth outward strokes. Making it an essential part of your daily ritual will help minimise the appearance of visible lines, wrinkles and crow’s feet and prevent signs of fatigue
Price: INR 445
Net Wt: 25 gm
Packaging: The lotus eye contour cream by Iraya comes in a heavy bottomed glass pot which has a plastic covered with aluminum cap that screw opens. I do not like the idea of a pot packaging for eye creams as I need to dip in my finger to get the product out. The bulky packaging is not travel friendly.
Texture: It is a light textured cream with mediocre consistency. Its light texture is easily usable and blends easily.
Fragrance: It has a very weird herbal smell. You will need to sniff it closely as the fragrance is very mild and does not linger for long.
My Take: Regular computer works and some health issues have got me dark circles. I have used various creams to see which works for me, but nothing has worked perfectly for me.
I got this cream with great hope some time November last year and have used it till January. The texture of the cream is great for people with dry to normal skin; however for oily skins the cream may be a bit heavy as it takes a little time in absorbing.
The cream works for a while and then comes a time when you see that the cream has stopped working on dark circles and only does a job of moisturizing. With initial uses the cream actually showed some results and lightened my dark circles to some extent but after some time it disappointed me as there were no more improvements in dark circles. This cream does nothing for puffy eyes. It actually works great under concealors and provides for smooth application.
Overall, this is just a fine under eye cream with nothing exceptional. It will work for girls who have light dark circles and look for moisturization.
What I Like About Iraya Lotus Eye Contour Cream:
- Good quantity for the price.
- Made of all natural ingredients.
- Moisturizes the under eyes well.
- Easy in application.
- Good for dry to normal skin.
What I Don’t Like About Iraya Lotus Eye Contour Cream:
- Stops working on dark circles after some time.
- Not good for severe dark circles, only works on light dark circles.
- Weird smell.
- Unhygienic , bulky packaging.
Will I Recommend: It is just an average product and I actually do not recommend it to anyone. However girls with normal to dry skin can try it for the moisturizing properties.
