Research has shown that people who smoke are more likely to get wrinkles than those who don’t. Plus smoking has its other harmful side effects as well. So what’s the point? Quit it and you can live a much healthier life.
As much as you need your skin hydrated from within by drinking adequate amount of water, you also need to keep your skin hydrated and moisturised by applying moisturisers externally.
Always try and get the adequate amount of sleep. For it is only during the time you sleep that the boy gets time to repair itself from the wears and tears and damages of the entire day. And while sleeping always sleep on your back. Never with your face in the pillow.
