Max Factor Color Intensifying Balm in Luscious Red
I am learning a lot about make-up from WiseShe, I remember picking up my first ever primer after learning from the beautiful writers here. I love knowing about new things and I have a passion for beauty products plus a heart to buy things
About Max Factor Color Intensifying Balm:
Color Intensifying Balm’s buildable lip color, gives you total control of your look. The lightweight buildable formula lets you dial up your lip from subtle and sheer to a full vibrant finish. Helps moisturize and protect your lips from dryness and the lightweight formula doesn’t feel heavy. For a smooth, even finish that’s free from stickiness.
My experience Max Factor Color Intensifying Balm Luscious Red:
I absolutely loved when I first saw them at the drug store, but for £8.99 I thought they are way too expensive for a lip balm, I was not convinced to buy them, but I still tried a swatch from one of the coral shades. I loved it. I kept dreaming about it, till I got this little beauty in Luscious red. To be honest, I only betrayed my regular baby lips, betrayed my first love because I got a horrible shade in babylips which is neon pink and I look hideous in it. I don’t know why they have such colors. At least they do not suit Indian skin tone. It is a shame that I would find it extremely difficult to get hold of my cherry red babylips, which is also not as expensive as this max factor counterpart.
I love how this lippy glides on my lips, it building up slowly, but looks beautiful. I love a little color when at work but I do not want a lipstick kind of red, but this lippy is a lot more than a lip balm but lesser than a lipstick. It does not feel the sticky gloss like, which I hate. I do not know how I ever dealt with putting a gloss on my lips and then my hair sticking all on to it.
To be honest, I love everything about this lippy but I do not have any affection it towards it, as it has very less staying power (as it is a balm) and the price, do not even get me started on that. Babylips does an equally good job at almost half the price.
