Ananda Aloe Gel & Rose Distillate Hydrating Facial Mask
Fe days back I showed you all the July Envy Box, I have used the products of the box and am now ready to share my thoughts about the products with them. To begin with the review/first impressions’ rally let me start with the much raved Ananda Aloe Gel & Distillate Hydrating facial mask.
The mask looked like a decent mask but I did not find as good as people who go gaga about it.

Directions For Use: Take a generous amount of Aloe gel and massage all over the face. Sit back and leave it to absorb. After the gel has absorbed completely, use cotton pads infused with rose toner or water to remove residue.
Price: INR 1105 for 100 gm
Shelf Life: 15 months
Packaging: I got a 50 gm sized sample of this. The mask came in a transparent tub and has a white colored secure lid. It also has a black colored cap that screw opens. The packaging is decent and sturdy; however I feel that the 100 gm product packaging might be a little bulky.
Texture: The mask comes in a gel form. The mask is easy to spread and sinks into skin effortlessly. It quickly penetrates deep into skin in a jiffy.
Fragrance: It has a very pleasant and powerful fragrance of rose petals. If you are not very much into rose fragrances, then using this mask won’t be a great idea.
This product is a great face mask when your skin is in need of some quick hydration and wants to calm skin. This mask works best when used after refrigeration. I personally like using this mask after keeping it in refrigerator. The cooling effect is absolutely a treat, especially after a summery hectic day.
The packaging and texture is great and so is its amazing rose fragrance. People rave about its making skin smooth and supple, but probably that is for a month’s usage. I have used it for around ten days with generous quantities and feel that the effects that it gives are temporary.
As of now I am not ready to comment firmly about its long term usage benefits, so I won’t be able to rate this product but so far the product is a decent bet for relaxing after a tired day.
