Urban Decay Sheer Revolution Lipstick Sheer Ladyflower
Hello Beautiful gals!
I shared the Urban Decay Sheer Revolution lipstick sample yesterday and here I am sharing my first impressions about this high end lipstick sample!
The shade which I tried recently was Sheer Ladyflower and so lets see how the shade is going to look on my lips!
Lets first know few things about this lipstick range
About Urban Decay Sheer Revolution Lipstick Sheer Ladyflower
A super creamy lipstick with a sheer, shiny finish and richly pigmented color. Urban Decay’s Sheer Revolution Lipstick is everything you love about the original Revolution lipstick, but with a sheer, shiny finish. Every shade features a rich, creamy feel and a gorgeous, high-shine finish. Like Urban Decay’s original formula, this sheer lipstick hugs lips, sweeping on with an ultra-smooth, budge-free application.
Urban Decay’s Pigment Infusion System gives Sheer Revolution its creamy texture, ultimate color dispersion, and extended wear. Infused with a nourishing blend of oils and antioxidants Maxi-Lip, it defines and hydrates lips while making them look plumper and fuller. Shea butter, jojoba, olive, and babassu oils moisturize and condition, while vitamin C and vitamin E provide a dose of antioxidants.
Price– $22 for 0.09oz. I received it in a lipstick sample.
Shade- The shade Sheer Ladyflower looks as a dirty pink shade in the sachet but when I applied it on my lips it looked more of a cool toned pink shade on my medium fair skin tone! The shade looks sheer in a single swipe and it needs few more swipes to hide lip pigmentation.
Texture- The texture of these sheer revolution lipsticks is quite rich and pigmented. The lipstick is a little sticky upon application. It looks more of a pigmented lip gloss than a lipstick!
First Impressions of Urban Decay Sheer Revolution Lipstick Sheer Ladyflower
The lipstick is undoubtedly very pretty and the fact that I have a thing for pink shades, makes it really a great pink hue! The shade looks a cool toned pink on my skin tone and it will come out to be a more rosy pink shade on medium & dusky beauties. It will suit all the skin tones including dusky complexions easily and won’t wash out their skin tone!
For those who like sheer lipsticks will surely like this range of various lipsticks!
The lipstick at first is sticky but as it sets, it tends to stay for a good while without smudging. The shade Sheer Ladyflower leaves a visible pink stain on the lips as it fades evenly. It doesn’t settle in the fine lip lines and is moisturizing to the core!
The shade needs few more swipes as you apply it with a lip brush!
The staying power is quite good and will easily survive meals. Only the hue will lighten a little bit.
This sample is easily going to last for about 8-9 uses!
