Best Protein Hair Masks
We all have studied from our childhood how important proteins and minerals are for our body. As most of the products available in the market overly contain chemicals which temporarily give you benefits and later on leave you with damaged hair, we will today try some homemade hair mask which contains proteins and lot of natural benefits.
Hair being the very important part of our overall personality needs a lot of protein for its well being. People who take high protein food or protein supplements generally have healthy hair.
Proteins also help in minimizing the split ends and thus helping the hair strands to grow faster and healthier.
Mayonnaise and Avocado
Avocados provide all 18 essential amino acids necessary for the full body to form a complete protein box. It has all the important proteins which are only available with Vegetarians and if you are vegetarians and, than consuming and applying Avocado can give you all important and rare proteins. Like Olive oil, Avocados contains the “good cholesterol”. As Avocados are extremely rich with Vitamin C and E, it helps a lot with repairing the damaged scalp.
Mayonnaise is extremely good when it is mixed in different hair masks as it contains lot of eggs, oil and vinegar. Al are extremely good for beautiful and healthy hair. Because of its smoothness it is extremely easy with application.
So try Mayonnaise with Avacodo. Make a paste of avocado, fine thick paste. Mix both of them and apply on your hair. First make the partition on your hair and apply properly on roots and all over your length. After this make a bun and cover with the shower cap.
Leave the pack on hair for 20-30 minutes and then wash.
Egg is known to be the god for proteins. The yolk of Egg is extremely rich in proteins and help in moisturizing. The white part is full of bacteria eating enzymes which cleanses hair and scalp and eat all the germs present there. Egg alone can make your hair overly gorgeous than think if mixed with other protein rich things, what wonders it will do.
Add essential oils or if essential oil is not present there with you than you can use yogurt or lemon juice. For deep conditioning protein treatment you can mix egg with Yogurt. Yogurt is rich with Lactic Acid and the fat contents in it moisturize hair.
Mix both Yogurt and Egg and apply on your hair. Apply properly on roots and scalp. As the egg stretches your hair when it gets dry, so don’t forget to put shower cap. Let the mixture remain for 20-25 minutes. Afterwards, wash with normal water and shampoo hair. Instead of using conditioner, condition your hair with lemon juice.
Take 1 full lemon and squeeze the juice out of it. Mix 1 cup water and pour it on your head. Leave for 5 minutes and wash with normal water. Don’t rinse.
Lemon is a natural conditioner and will also help in getting the egg smell out of your hair.
If you find the egg smell very unpleasant and cannot bear it for 20-25 minutes, you can mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in your mask as well and your mask wont smell that hard of eggs.
