Shahnaz Husain Shawhite Pigmentation Lotion Review
They say that even the moon has spots then why do women worry so much about the spots on your face. Well, for one, moon cannot do anything about them but we can or at least try. Like many other women, I too suffer from pigmentation on face. My main area of concern is the pigmentation around mouth which is quite common in dusky girls. Apart from that I keep getting pimples now and then which leave spots.
All this trouble makes me keep looking for products that claim to even out skin tone. I am too lazy for DIYs so I keep hoarding anti-pigmentation products. Most of them have failed me but then I got Shahnaz Husain Shawhite Pigmentation Lotion which made me somewhat happy. Let’s see why-
About Shahnaz Husain Shawhite Pigmentation Lotion
Price: INR 665 for 200 ml
Packaging: This lotion comes in a white, opaque plastic bottle which is sealed in a clear plastic. The bottle has a flip-top cap which is covered by a clear cap. The packaging is simple but attractive. I have never traveled with this bottle so cannot comment on whether it leaks or not but yes it is big.
Texture and Smell
The lotion is thin and clear like water. It has a faint smell which is not pleasant but too mild to bother me.
My Experience with Shahnaz Husain Shawhite Pigmentation Lotion
I have been using this products for more almost 7 months and it will easily last for another month I guess. I apply it with cotton on cleansed face and follow up with a light moisturizer. The lotion is so watery that it neither hydrates nor dries up my skin.
Last year in October, I went through a phase of big pimples which in turn left big marks. The spots refused to go away and then I got Shahnaz Husain Shawhite Pigmentation Lotion sometime in February this year. I have used it almost daily since then. It faded all the newer pimple marks and my skin looked clearer. It took at least 3 months in doing so but it did work. As for the ‘natural’ pigmentation and two old pimple marks, there was no change
Still, I like this product as it definitely helped in removal of recent spots. I will suggest it for similar purposes but do not expect it to remove any old pigmentation.
A single bottle lasts too long and I am so bored of it now. I keep contemplating throwing it away as now it wouldn’t do anything but then I think of the money and control myself
What I like about Shahnaz Husain Shawhite Pigmentation Lotion
- Fades recent spots on face
- One bottle lasts long (way toooo long)
- Attractive and utilitarian packaging
- Value for money
What I don’t like about Shahnaz Husain Shawhite Pigmentation Lotion
- Does nothing for old pigmentation and spots
Do I recommend? Yes, if your pigmentation troubles are not too old.
