Hello WiseShe Beauties,
Today I am here to share three stunning lipsticks from Wet N Wild Cosmetics and have been already reviewed by Madhubani on her fair skin tone! Well, I fell in love with the shade s the moment I saw the swatches of these shades and so I am here to show how these lipstick look on my dusky brown skin tone!
Read on further to see how the shades fare on my skin tone!
About Wet N Wild MegaLast Lipsticks
- This 4-hour, long wearing lip color leaves a semi-matte, crème finish in one stroke.
- Glides on easily with rich, velvety color that doesn’t cake, feather, or bleed.
Packaging: Not too attractive plastic packaging with a black bottom and a transparent lid. The ingredient and other details are written on a paper rolled on the bullet and you have to peel that in order open the product. The lipstick doesn’t completely scroll down all the way, and when I pull the cap off in hurry, it smashes and I find lipstick all over the lid. One has to be really careful while opening and closing the cap.
Texture– Th texture of all these lipstick shades is quite creamy and have a pure matte finish which is really something I loved about this range! It glides easily on the lips without tugging and gives an effortless application!
Pigmentation– The pigmentation of these lipsticks is quite good and gives a uniform pigmented hint of color in a single swipe! The colors look really rich when applied on the lips.
This is mainly a medium toned raisin shade with cool dusty mauve undertones! The looks a deep plum -berry shade upon application and contrary to the belief looks quite good when applied on the lips! But somehow I didn’t like it much on my skin tone and looked way too dark for my complexion! Probably darker skin tones will be able to carry this shade more comfortably!
A perfect red with neither too cool or warm undertones! Just the perfect hint of a hot red shade! The shade is highly pigmented and is enough for a bold vibrant look! You don’t need any more makeup with this lipstick! I loved how this shade looked on my dusky brown skin tone and I think this shade is going to flatter most skin tones including the deeper skin tones!
This is quite a unique shade and tends to come out differently under different light sources! During the day, it looks more of a medium toned pink shade with dominant brown undertones. While if you observe the shade under artificial light, it appears to be a dusty brown shade with light peach undertones! This shade is certainly a very pretty shade and tends to look quite appealing on most of the skin tones!
Overall, I loved the three shades of lipstick and Spotlight Red & Spiked With Rum appealed more to me than the shade Ravin’ Raisin!
So, which one of these shades did you liked on my skin tone?
