Facial Peeling Treatments & Its Different Types
Face peeling is basically a process to remove the outermost dead skin cells from your face. Most prevalent are chemicals based facial peeling treatments wherein physicians use chemicals like phenol and alpha hydroxyl acids on your face and remove the outer dead skin cells. However, there are numerous home based treatments also which are available with us all the time through the ingredients required, which are still unknown to the public.
Let me bring to you some home based treatments which are definitely better than the chemical peelings which may have dire side effects. These home-based peelings would not have any side effects since these are mostly done using vegetables and home based products. Also these are inexpensive and simpler to do than those tedious skin procedures. Read on, you may decide to change your mood to go for a chemical treatment!
Treatment 1: Using Cucumber and egg
Mix about half a cup of seedless cucumber pulp with one whole egg white. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the mixture and apply on your face. Cucumber is good at removing pigmentation and this is what will make you free of dead skin as well.
Treatment 2: Using Tomato and Gelatin with Orange juice
Take one tomato and use its pulp. Add to it heated gelatin. You may take 1 packet of it. Add a bit of orange juice to it which will help build a peel. Keep this on your face for about 15-20 minutes and remove the peel. You will feel the difference instantly as the tomato helps restore the pH balance, while the gelatin gives your face a respite from dead skin.
Treatment 3: Using avocados and Eggs
Use one or even half of an avocado and mix it with add 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons honey to it and apply on your face. Avocados are rich in Vitamin E and hence work well on skin pigmentation. Remove the pack as it dries out. Wash with lukewarm water and moisturize.
Treatment 4: Using Gelatin & Papaya Juice
Peel a papaya and extract juice from it. Heat gelatin separately in water until it gels in completely. Now mix the papaya juice wit this mixture and keep it to refrigerate until it becomes a gel like substance. Now apply this mixture on your face and let it dry. Now begin to remove it from the chin towards your forehead. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft towel. Do not forget to moisturize.
Treatment 5: Using Aspirin & Baking Soda
Crush an aspirin and mix it with one tablespoon of baking soda and about one tablespoon lemon juice. Now apply the mixture to your face and keep it for 20 minutes. Rinse it with lukewarm water and pat dry using a soft towel. Baking soda and aspirin both have a good skin balancing capability. This also works fine on dead skin cells.
All these 5 techniques are free of side effects and are easily manageable at home. You may try one or two of these quickly and keep using them forever. To have a beautiful face, it takes at least this much effort, and the results are for you to see.
