A highlighter is a key makeup product that reduces the appearance of dark circles, decreases the look of wrinkles, and gives cheesed look with absolute placement.Earlier, I have done a swatch post on Revlon Highlighting Palette- Peach Glow . After a couple of usage, here goes my review.
My Experience with Revlon Highlighting Palette- Peach Glow
This product comes in simple compact case packaging with a clear lid, I adore see thorough packaging, it allows you to see the product and everything is so pretty . These are said to be cheap alternative of Bobby brown shimmer brick. These are truly highlighting bars/bricks since they have a lot of silver shimmer to them.It doesn’t come with any applicator of mirror, nonetheless every thing about this bar is so beautiful.
Texture,Shade and Pigmentation: The colors of the bars are warm toned ones when swiped together. The texture is more like a powdery soft mess, instead of shimmer. The colors are shiny and they are quite pigmented hence you will get actual color in two swipes. Then again this does not have gritty shimmer like other palettes and I liked the shade ‘Peach Glow’ and the highlighting finish it has. I think it’ll look extremely good on Medium to olive skin tones.
Longevity : I am big fan of shimmery bronzers and blushes. I have used tons of them till that and I would say it is really a great every day highlighter to get natural glow. This highlighting palette is multipurpose it serves great as blush, bronzer eye shadow and even a brow bone highlighter. I have used it quite often. The staying power of this highlighter is good. It has stayed on me for fairly3+ hours and fades evenly. It doesn’t give cheap looking shiny patches to my skin and prevent any dullness further.
If you are new in the world of highlighting and bronzer ,give it a try for sure. This serves great for beginners and if you are shy of putting bold highlighter and sculpting powder on your face, this can be your best friend.
