This Khadi Whitening Badam Scrub with Aloe Vera is an Ayurvedic product that has loads of herbal ingredients to make skin look beautiful and plump. Being a Khadi Herbals product fan, I always love using products from this brand and this is the sole reason for buying this. So all my lovelies, who want to know about a good face and body scrub, keep on scrolling.
What the brand claims about Khadi Herbals Whitening Scrub Badam With Aloe Vera: An ayurvedic almond based face scrub which imparts natural nourishing effects to the skin, removes the blackhead and scares from the skin.
How to use Khadi Herbals Whitening Scrub Badam With Aloe Vera: Rub the scrub on your elbows, knees and wherever you feel like for 5-6 minutes avoiding pimples and acne.
Ingredients: Prunus Amygdalus, Symploces Racemosa, Rosa Alba, Aloe vera Tourn, Glycerin, Sodii Biboras, Base, Preservative, Juglans Regia, Purified Water.
Packaging: The Khadi Whitening Scrub Badam with Aloe Vera has a typical Khadi transparent plastic bottle packaging with a white flip open cap. All the information including a detailed ingredient list is mentioned on the back of the bottle. The bottle is quite haulable and suitable for travelling purpose. Overall, the packaging is really basic without anything fancy.
Texture: The scrub has a creamy texture with small to medium particles in it which are great for scrubbing face as well as the body.
Fragrance: The scrub has a very pleasant smell of flowers especially roses that calms the senses. As it is not overpowering, anyone having sensitive nose can also use it.
Colour: The scrub is white in colour with yellow particles in it.
What I feel about the scrub: The Khadi Whitening Scrub with Badam and Aloe Vera is a white, creamy scrub that is really mild on the skin. It has all natural ingredients which work into the skin and make the skin look soft and supple. The presence of Aloe vera gives a soothing effect to the skin and regular use implies a glow into the skin. It also helps to remove blackheads and whiteheads from the skin. The affordable price tag in another charm of this scrub. Overall, for me, this scrub is a sure shot hit product.
What I like about the scrub:
- Exfoliates skin really well, removing blackheads and whiteheads
- Gives a subtle glow to the skin
- Has Aloe Vera that soothes the skin
- Isn’t sticky at all
- Smells great
- Removes tan a bit
- Great for uneven skin tone
What I dislike about the scrub:
- False whitening claims
- Availability is a big issue
- No mention of Paraben or SLS is there
Recommendation: If you are looking for a good and mild scrub to be used to your face, go for it but if you are looking for a whitening scrub, then this won’t do any good.
