Hello Gorgeous Ladies,
I have already posted swatches of 8 matte as hell crayon lipsticks and reviewed the shade ‘Scarlett O’ Hara as well. These days peachy nudes are quite popular among all girls. It is quite hard to find peachy nudes in Indian brands. So I am going to review one such nude shade which you can pair with winged liner or smokey eyes. I am sure many of you would love such shade. Whether I liked it or not, kindly check my full review to know more.

My Overall Experience with Sugar Cosmetics Matte As Hell Crayon Lipstick in ’09 Princess Peach’:-
Packaging: Sugar cosmetics matte as hell crayon lipstick comes in a funky packaging, I like its outer carton, it is colourful and attractive. Lipstick comes in a crayon form which needs to sharpened, it has however a soft greyish black plastic base which I prefer as opposed to wooden base which is difficult to sharpen. There is wastage of product with sharpening. I would have preferred retractable lip crayons but still it is manageable. Base of the crayon lipstick has a red cap which is color coded, very useful to identify the shades without opening the cap every time. A sharpener has been provided with it. It is travel friendly, however I find few shades from this range have a tendency to break easily. In many shades, cap does not shut snugly and remains loose, especially I found this problem with the newly launched shades.
Shadewise: Princess peach is a gorgeous Milky Nude peach shade, this will look flattering on Indian skin tones however will wash out on people above NC 43.5. It is one of my favourite shades from my peachy lipstick collection, it is quite hard to find peachy nudes, so I end up using it all time for daily wear or with heavy eye makeup.
Pigmentation: This lipstick crayon is least pigmented from all 11 shades from this range. As I have already used this range, I was expecting some intense pigmentation but even after swiping twice I got moderate coverage. When I tried to build it up, it started flaking. So I removed the entire lipstick, applied one swipe, let it settle, then applied second and waited and reapplied third time to achieve opaque coverage. When I swatched it for the first time on my hands and lips, I was disappointed, it was sheer for my liking.
Texture and Finish: It has such superb soft velvety texture. It glides on my lips without tugging. It is feather light and you won’t feel anything on your lips at all. It settles into velvety matte finish. It does not accentuate fine lines or flakiness. It remains comfortable throughout the whole period I wear it. It does not dry out my lips after a long tiring day. But you need to wait for the shade to settle, then can go with multiple swipes to prevent patchy application. It is softer than other shades and thus I ended up breaking its tip while building up the shade. It is due to its texture and feel, I ended up buying almost 9 shades from existing 11 shades.
Longevity: It stays on my lips easily for 4 to 5 hours. It fades evenly with time. Unlike other shades from this range, it does not survive with meals.
Availability: Available at the website of Sugar Cosmetics, Nykaa. You won’t find these products of Sugar Cosmetics brand at stores anywhere in India, few beauty stores however keep few nail paints in stock.

My Overall Recommendation: I would recommend this lipstick just for the shade, or else I really did not like the fact that I had to swipe it multiple times for opaque coverage when I am paying 800 bucks for it. The tip also broke easily while building up the shade.
