Today I am back with another review on one of the most interesting, highly raved product from the brand Colourpop. After their ultra-matte liquid lipstick, the product that easily gets out of stock is their no filter concealer which is a budget friendly full coverage concealer available in 15 shades. I am sure my review will help many people who are looking for an affordable high coverage concealer.

My Overall Experience with Colourpop No Filter Concealer in Golden 40 And Tan 50
Packaging: Colourpop no filter concealer comes in a sturdy double walled transparent plastic tube packaging with a flat tip applicator. I like the shape of the wand, and use it to dot the area which needs to be concealed. I could not find ingredients list mentioned in the tube or in the outer carton, but found it from their website. It has a white cap with matte finish, so it tends to get dirtier comparatively. I always need to clean it up after using.
Shades: It has some 15 shades in this range from Fair to Deep. I have got two shades from this range, namely ‘Tan50’ and Golden40’ respectively. Several of the concealers have yellow tones, some have pink beige tones, so yes they have lots of options and am sure you will get your match in it easily.
Texture and Finish: It has slightly creamy texture but quite lightweight. It does not feel heavy and sets into complete matte finish. I would suggest you guys to moisturize your face and under eyes quite well. If you have extremely dry skin or skin with dry patchy areas, it can cling to those areas and highlight it. So use an exfoliator before you start your makeup and moisturize quite well.
Coverage: While buying these concealers, I was not expecting too much from a 6 dollars’ worth concealer. However, I was completely blown away by its coverage. In India, we have such less options that till now except MAC, I could not lay my hands on any full coverage concealer from high end brands. In India, drugstore brands have just 2 to 3 shades in their range which are either quite light or coverage is not that good. So after using it, I realized what actually you mean by a full coverage concealer and how effectively it conceals under eye dark circles, pigmented eye lid, redness, dark spots. I always apply 1 layer and sheer it out. I apply peach corrector from La girl and follow it up with dark shade ‘Tan’ and after blending I apply thin layer of concealer in shade ‘Golden’. This way my face looks natural, and there is no grey area due to application of lighter concealer. I also use both the shades as my base makeup many a times when I need full coverage. I dot my face with both concealers and apply thin layer of La girl Pro coverage illuminating foundation over it. It blends easily and does not look patchy.
Longevity: I have used this concealer in normal weather as well as in humid weather, I found when this is set with a setting powder, it stays on for the whole day with minimal creasing and does not require much touch ups. However, when not set with a makeup setting powder or spray, it tends to crease slightly under my eye area. It brightens my under eye area, I have also used it as my base makeup. I realized when I used it as my base makeup, it did not budge even a little till I did not remove it. I have seen many girls using it as foundation, it needs just little quantity and one can achieve great results and longevity.
Availability: Only available at Colourpop website. I bought mine from Instagram sellers after paying Rs 650 each, almost 10 dollars for a 6 dollar product.
