  If u r worried abut your rough/dry/dull hands and need something effective, simply homemade then do try making this easy hand lotion: Take a tbsp of oats and soak it overnight in 1/4th glass of water, Next day sieve water and add 1tsp of Coconut/olive oil 1tsp Rose water 1tsp Glycrine 1 tbsp Lemon juice and 1/2 tsp of Diluted ammonia (preservative) to that water.
