I am always eager for all Bollywood award functions. Do they excite you too???
Before you people jump onto any conclusion about my likings, let me tell you all what exactly I like about award functions.
Well it is not exactly the awards that keep me happy and excited. Infact I feel that these awards are bias in major cases.
The real excitement lies with the celebs walking their way through the red carpet.
I am always very keen to see which celeb rocks the carpet who faces a bummer. The major trends are created  here only and the filler performances by the stars are another wow factor for me. It’s not that they perform extraordinarily; I just like it for no very specific reason.
As I said above the major trends are set on these carpets. Today I shall show you all different hair styles sported by our bollywood divas on the carpet this year:
Deepika sported a half up and half down updo at the Zee Cine Awards held in Mumbai this year.
Deepika knows every bit about how to turn heads in appreciation. Of course the Naeem Khan outfit that she wore looked beautiful but her hairstyle was the topic of talk this time. Her hair with some new highlights, and flowy curls with Half- half updo was good but it became best when she chose to wear a chained hair accessory with this hairstyle. This five chained hair accessory covering her hair is simple and yet managed to add much oomph to her total appeal at the function.
Priyanka Chopra chose a Monique Lhuillier gown for the IIFA Awards 2014Â looked gorgeous in it. But it was not just the gown that made her look this gorgeous, it was the right pairing of makeup and a messy updo. The messy updo was done perfectly and I adored it.
Nargis was seen sporting a black jumpsuit at the 6th Mirchi Music Awards this year and she nailed the look with a perfect pony tail.
Kareena chose her signature hairstyle at the Star Guild Awards 2014. She sported her usual go to hairstyle i.e., Side parted straight hair. We got to agree here that though there is nothing so new about this hairstyle but still it looks as elegant as always.
Richa’s outfit was a huge talk at the Star Guild Awards held this year. Her hairstyle too managed to attract glares as well. She opted for a retro updo to pair with her sexy black outfit.
Alia was feeling very sporty at the Life Ok Screen Awards. Her appearance at the awards brought her sporty feel very loud and clear. Alia took the cuter way of being sporty and chose to pair mini braids on her mid parted hair with sneaker wedges and pop bandage stickers.
The fashionista is back here. I totally love her saree that she wore at the L’Oreal Paris Femina Women Awards 2014. Wow is the perfect word, since she made a right choice and sported vintage soft curls with her saree to create a vintage look.
Bipasha Basu attended the IIFA Awards 2014 held in Florida, USA in a Rocky S outfit and looked super sexy in it. Well it was not just the outfit that made her look uber sexy, it was also her hairstyle that did justice to her sexy look. She wisely chose for long bangs with straight hair. The bangs complimented her and helped in hiding the wide forehead that she has.
Aishwarya was the stunner this year on the red carpet of Cannes Film festival 2014. While she looked drop dead gorgeous in the gold strapless Roberto Cavallu Atelier gown, her hairstyle played a huge role in making her appearance iconic. Those long soft curls complimented her look.
Sunny at the Star Guild Awards 2014 looked so beautiful in the golden gown.
But her side messy braid is something that I am liking more than her hairstyle here.
I am head over heels in love with this hairstyle and may sometime soon try this, only if my hair grew a bit faster.
Which hairstyle did you like among these?
