10 Easy & Beautiful Mehndi Designs For The Back Of Hand
Hey Girls!!
Today’s post is for craft-y ladies amongst us. As I mentioned in my earlier post that I love to apply mehndi, I’m continuing my love here. Whenever we apply mehndi on our palms, we also usually apply mehndi on the back of our hands. 10 Tips On How To Get Dark Mehendi
Even you don’t want to go the full-way, just applying henna on the back of hand can give you a beautiful look. It is so because backside is more visible than the palm. Also with mehndi applied only on the back-hand, you can do some work as well. It is good for me as well because as much as I love to apply henna, I don’t do it that frequently. It take up a lot of my time and also in that case either I’ve to cook early (hate that!) or hubby cooks after slogging at office (love that ;-)).
So here’s my compilation of 10 easy mehndi designs-
Floral Geometry
This name may sound like an oxymoron but the design is simply pretty. This is an easy to replicate combination of flowers, lines and tendrils.
Round Design
This design looks somewhat like the traditional Rajasthani mehndi design called- Ghevar. The circle is made with a bangle and decorated with a free hand. This design will give you a pretty ethnic look. 10 Most Beautiful Peacock Mehndi Designs
Decorated Fingers
If you don’t want to apply mehndi on the full hand, then this design is for you. Just decorate your fingers with this delicate design and you are ready to sport a fusion look.
Minimal Design
This is my favourite of the lot. It is completely different and easy to make. It has heavily decorated fingers but rest of the design is very light. It is perfect for any occasion.
Wrist Twist
This design focuses on the wrist area. Designing your wrists is easy and keeps your hands free of hassle.
Sunshine
To me this design looks like the sun that I used to make in my childhood sceneries :-P. This again is easy and different. It looks traditional and bold at the same time.
Vineyard
These design uses the Arabic style vine patterns which are decorated intricately. It has many different patterns and you can select the ones you like and give your twist to it.
Thick Lines
This floral design uses thick lines. Thick lines are easy because they cover more space and give the illusion of a dense pattern. Such designs are very common and obviously simple to draw.
Flower Power
This design looks like a bouquet on hands. We’ve been making such flowers since childhood and so it is very easy. It is clean and chic.
Wrap Design
This wrapped style covers hands beautifully. It is all about well-placed paisley, flowers and some dots. Try this to give your hands a snake-y look 😉
