  • Lip Plumper

 

What does it claim to do?

  • Makes mouth look fuller, younger and firmer

How can it be done?

Press your upper lip against your gum and curl it. Hold this position with your index finger and press the other index finger on this lip. Slowly pull the finger away each time like crushing a ball. When your lips start burning, rub it quickly for 20 minutes. Now repeat the exercise but this time, put the thumb and index fingers at the corners of your mouth. When you feel the burn, repeat the process for 20 times.

What does it claim to do?

  • Firms the deep lines from the nostrils to the corners of the mouth

How can it be done?

Press your upper lips to the teeth and make a small O shape with your mouth. Then place the index fingers on the corners of your mouth and then run them along the nasio-labial lines. When you reach the nose, just run your fingers down again towards the mouth. Do this until you feel a burning sensation in your line. Then accelerate the pace and then do it for good 30 seconds.

How can it be done?

Hold the bridge of your nose with your thumb and index finger and push them towards your face. Then push your nose tip with your other finger. Then put the upper lip on the teeth and flex the nose downwards. Hold for a second and after that release the lip. Repeat this step 40 times. Your nose should touch your fingers everytime.

How can it be done?

Press the lips together and pull them outward. Then put your index fingers on the outer corners of the mouth and make them move up and down. Do this thing until you feel a burning sensation in your muscles. Increase the intensity of burning sensation by moving the fingers as fast as possible. Continue this process for good 40 seconds so that muscles work in their best capacity. Then blow in between the lips to release any tension between them.

How can it be done?

This is an easy one which anyone can do while seating or lying down. Place your index fingers on the outer corners of the lower eyelids where the lashes are still there. Look up to the ceiling. Push your face forward and shoulder backwards for resistance. You can place your feet on the ground for extra resistance. Hold this squint position for 40 seconds twice a day. But for extremely deep puffiness and dark circles repeat 3 times a day.

How can it be done?

Place your index fingers on the top of each cheek. Then smile but with a position! Place your upper lip on the teeth and think of the expression “EWWW” while doing so. Make sure your upper and lower lip are pulling away from each other firmly. Then you will feel that your cheeks are under your index finger. Repeat this smile and the Ewww position with the index finger on for 20 times.

How can it be done?

Keep your index fingers in between the two brows and your thumb fingers at the outer end of the eyes. Pull the index fingers upwards and the thumb finger outwards towards your ears. Keep your eyes tightly shut while doing this. This will soothe the eye muscles and will reduce puffiness. Repeat this process for 40 seconds daily.

  • Raises eyebrows

  • Minimises vertical lines between the brows and furrows across the forehead

How can it be done?

Place your fingers at the centre of your forehead and then pull your eyebrows up. Keep that position for 30 seconds so that a tension is created at the forehead position. Do this thing twice daily. For extremely heavy lines, do this process 3 times a day!

Open your mouth and simply roll on your lower lip over your bottom teeth. Press your upper lips to the teeth. Open and close your mouth like this 5 times. Then when your mouth is closed, hold this position for 5 seconds and then lift your chin up by a centimetre and then hold your mouth position like that.

         How can it be done?

First, put one hand on the front of your neck and give a light pressure. Then put the other hand in front of you, the palms should be on the wall. Then point your chin towards the ceiling and smile strongly. Push your tongue out and start curling it towards your nose. Hold this position of your face and push away from the wall like you are seating on a rocking chair. Do this process 30 times. Then with the same position, look towards the right and rock 30 times again. Then look towards your left shoulder. This process will make your neck and chin lift and firm in some days.
