Water is one of the principle elements to keep our system working and our body fit. But there are a huge number of people on Earth who can’t drink more water (read me! 🙁 ) and end up drinking always less than even 2.5 litres per day. Drinking 3-4 litres of water daily is really essential to keep our system healthy and active but plain and boring water is seriously a pain to drink. But not anymore! Here are 10 ways in which you can drink more water every day!

Add Flavour to the water: Adding some flavour or fruits to the water will make sure you have the maximum benefits. You can also prepare a Detox water for better consumption.

Drink water after every bathroom break: Drink water every time after you go to the bathroom. This will keep your body hydrated and will increase the water intake.

Before the meal: Having a glass of water before your meal will make sure that you eat less which will ensure a good weight loss. Moreover, it will increase the level of water intake.

Keep a bottle nearby: Always make sure to keep a bottle of water nearby to make sure you don’t miss your sip ever.

Install some apps: There are a whole lot of apps available on Google to track the amount of water consumed. And what more? They will also give you pop notification as to when to consume the next glass.

Eat water-rich foods: Eating water-rich foods such as Cucumber, Watermelon and all will make sure your body is hydrated and you consume a good amount of water.

Choose some mineral water or juices: If you find plain water boring sometimes, you can opt for mineral water or juices to substitute the thing.

Use a marked water bottle: Using a marked water bottle will make sure that you drink the right amount of water on a daily basis.

Alcohol Rule: Do you drink? Well, I am not supporting drinking in any way but when you do, just make sure to consume a glass of water after every glass of Alcohol. This will ensure that you don’t suffer from a hangover and also will increase your water intake.

Filter your water: Filtered water tastes better than normal water from a tap which will ensure that you drink plenty of water in your day.
