As a spread:Â Avocado can be a really good spread for your bread or you can simply put in on your burger and sandwich. It can very well replace the unhealthy cheese and mayonnaiseÂ on your breakfast table.
Make a smoothie:Â You can mash the Avocado and add milk to it to make a smoothie out of it. It tastes heavenly, trust me on this. 🙂
Salad:Â You can add Avocado slices in your normal or fruit salad to give it a punch of taste and flavour. This not only tastes good but will also provide the immense benefits of Avocado.
Sweet and Sour Avocado:Â Let me tell you a quick and healthy evening snack using this awesome food. Mash one Avocado and add salt to taste. Squeeze half a lemon juice and add some honey as per your likings. Have it every evening which will help to keep you full and will also aid in keeping the skin healthy.
