But isn’t it fun to throw a number of questions on someone and get a consecutive yes?! I think I am out of mind, just talking non sense. So, let me infuse some sense in myself and tell you that if you nodded your head as a yes to all those questions, you need to read this article.( if it was a no, I ask you to read it otherwise ;-))
Today, I will be giving you 4 effective natural scrubs to pamper your feet.
Coffee and sugar foot scrub
Take half cup white sugar and mix it with a cup of olive oil and 1 tablespoon coffee. Massage the mixture onto your cracked heels and leave it for 10 minutes.
Strawberry foot scrub
Take 4-6 strawberries, mash them and make a paste. Then add two tablespoons of almond oil and salt, and mix well. Apply it on your feet and gently massage for 10 mins. Rinse your feet with lukewarm water. The skin will appear much softer.
Ginger sugar foot scrub
In a bowl take half cup sugar , half cup sweet almond oil and to it add five drops of orange essential oil, one drop ginger essential oil, a teaspoon powdered pepper and mix well to form a paste. This scrub is great for removing flaky skin and moisturizing.
Plain sugar foot scrub
Take half cup of oil( baby oil or olive oil) and a cup of sugar. Mix well and apply on your dry and cracked heels. The sugar will scrub away dead skin cells and the oil will moisturise.
