5 Hair Care DIYs For Shiny Lush Hair
Hair care is an integral part of a girl’s beauty regimen. Everyone wants lush hair but very few lucky ones have it. But there is a lot that you can do to get a lustrous mane. Besides eating healthy food and taking supplements, you can try various DIYs.
Wiseshe is full of DIY knowledge and if you are not using it then its a big mistake 😛
Take 1/2 cup multani mitti powder (fuller earth’s) and add 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in it. Mix all the above ingredients and add water to it. The mixture should neither be very thick nor very light. Wet your hair and leave the mixture for about fifteen minutes and then rinse with water.
Fuller’s earth balances out the oil and applying this pack once a week will keep hair from getting greasy every now and then. It will also make your hair shiny and bouncy.
Fenugreek oil not only stops hair fall, it also takes care of other hair problems like dandruff, hair thinning.
To make fenugreek oil, boil the fenugreek seeds and allow them to soak in extra virgin coconut oil overnight. In the morning, put the seeds out and apply the coconut oil mixture to your scalp. Massage the oil into your hair and scalp for 5-10 minutes. Do this twice a week consistently for 3 months to see results. Your hair will grow faster and will become thick & soft.
Mayonnaise is well known for its moisturizing properties. You can use it straight out of bottle and apply on hair. But mixing it with egg gives better and faster results.
Take one cup mayonnaise and add in an egg. Mix both the ingredients and apply it on your hair. Cover your scalp too with the mixture and wear a shower cap. Leave it for half an hour. Now wash off with usual shampoo and conditioner. After using it just once you will feel the difference. Hair will become soft and lush.
This hair pack is very easy to make and is very effective. Just mix coconut oil and honey in the ratio of 4:1. Apply the mask on scalp and hair. Tie your hair and leave for 30 minutes. Shampoo your hair as usual. Use it at least once a week to transform your hair into a lush and shiny mane.
Honey makes hair soft and also locks in the moisture without any greasiness. Coconut oil moisturises hair and promotes hair growth.
Take 2-3 bananas depending upon your hair length. Puree the banana in a mixture grinder. Now add 1 tsp. of honey and 1 tsp of olive or almond oil. Mix all the ingredients together for a real smooth paste. If you want you can put all the ingredients together in a blender and then make a smooth paste. Those who have dry hair can add one egg also in it. Rinse after 20-30 minutes.
This mask protects hair from ill-effects of dust and pollution. The pack also prevents split ends and is excellent in curing dandruff and of course moisturizes your scalp, making your hair soft.
