5 Ingredients From The Kitchen For Beautiful Skin
It has been only two weeks since I moved to the capital city and I am already missing my home and more importantly kitchen! Well, surely for the delicacies but apart from food we do have another concern which occupies our mind like 24/7!
Yes! Skincare to look flawless even when you are not going anywhere or have not applied makeup!
So, in the process of missing my kitchen I realized that earlier when I had everything in front of me, I never felt active enough to try some DIY and was too lazy but now when I am here with very limited things in my kitchen I am feeling like trying so many things, DIYs to be particular!
Well, enough of my sob story! I am going to list out precisely 5 ingredients straight from the kitchen in their raw form and share with you all how these affordable and easily available ingredients are going to give you beautiful skin with improved skin condition in a few weeks of usage!
So lets begin!
Pure edible coconut oil can be used for cooking as well as giving your skin the much required treat to soak and get nourished! Delhi winters are harsh and the skin is already behaving as if it was freezing here! So, coconut oil will act as a perfect body oil for soft and supple hands and feet and will also nourish your hair in the dry months of December & January!
If any oil is left after doing these two beauty routine, you can use it to cook a recipe of your choice!
This is yet another magical ingredient in our kitchen which tends to instantly make the skin better. Wonder why it is an essential part of the bridal skincare regime? It is anti-bacterial in nature and tends to improve the complexion and evens out the skin tone! As a teenager, I always used to wonder my my cousin sisters looked like crap since their wedding celebrations started! :-p and on the wedding day they looked like oh-so0 gorgeous!
Yes rice is great as a meal and can also be used in your beauty regime for a very important beauty tip which happens to be scrubbing! Yes if you grind a little amount of rice in a grinder, it tends to become a coarse powder and it is very good to scrub the skin without using any chemical ingredient or spending too many bucks in buying a big jar of scrub from the stores!
Yes, I have stocked my coffee in the refrigerator and these tiny sachets come to my rescue when I am feeling too heavy at heart and head! It instantly rejuvenates the mood and also is great to reduce the under eye puff which you get if you are not getting enough sleep! It is also great for the metabolic system but obviously you do not need to be a caffeine addict for that as high caffeine may lead to other problems!
Yes, it is surely available at all time in the kitchen and is used to make so many delicious things! Well, all you have to do is to take gram flour in your palm and add a pinch of turmeric to use it on the face for like 4 weeks continuously and you will notice your skin texture and tone has improved a lot. It also removes fresh tan from the skin so make sure to use it daily!
So, I hope I made my point and you too agree with these ingredients as some of the beautifying ingredients from our kitchen!
Hope you like the post!
