5 Pigmented Lipstick Shades- NYX High Voltage Lipstick
You all have already read the reviews of NYX High Voltage Lipstick which I did last month! I am a fan of pigmented lipsticks just because they easily hide the pigmentation around my lips and make my pout look lovely with different deep shades.
NYX High Voltage range of lipsticks is a fabulous range which has almost 22 stunningly pigmented hues which are for those people who love to go bold with their lip colors and also want their darker lips to hide beneath the highly pigmented lip color.

For those of you who couldn’t see the separate reviews, checkout the video at the end where I have swatched 5 pretty shades from the range which I picked up from the official NYX website!
The first shade being Sweet 16 is a lovely light baby pink lip color which has blue undertones and is more likely suitable for girls with blue skin tones and dusky and warm skin tones will find it a little washed out for their complexion!
The lip shade is undoubtedly beautiful and pigmented in a single swipe, its just that it washes out dusky & deeper skin tones!
My Thoughts About NYX High Voltage Lipstick
The next shade is Wine & Dine and it is a lovely plum berry shade rather than a deep wine shade. It is highly pigmented and ultra creamy so it glides like butter on the lips and you don’t have to put much efforts.
The other shade Rockstar is a bold mix of red and deep pink hue. It just brightens up the face with a single pigmented swipe and gives you a sensuous bold pout to flaunt! The texture, glossy finish is simply mind blowing and I completely love this shade! 🙂
The fourth shade is Feline and it is a very unconventional black & burgundy wine shade with a creamy satin finish. The color does adds years to my age but that doesn’t means it is not a pretty shade. You won’t come across such a deep vampy shade which actually looks good when applied on the lips, in any other drugstore brand!
The shade Burlesque S20 is a deep red shade with maroon undertones in it. The shade is not to vibrant and not too dull. This is a fabulous shade for warm skin tones and will suit women of all age!
Overall, I quite liked this range and will surely pick more shades from the range! These stays for about 4-5 hours are extremely creamy and have a lovely satin matte finish. I would highly recommend you all to try this range! (Y)
