Potato and Carrot Face Pack
Boil a small carrot and small potato together. Let them cool down and cut into small pieces. Mash and mix well. Apply this face pack and leave on for 15 minutes. Wash off with cold water. This works great for anti-ageing and also lightens skin.
Potato & Fullerâ€™s Earth Face Pack
Wash and cut a potato into small pieces. Do not remove the skin. Next add 4 tbsp. Fuller’s earth (Multani mitti) and a little rose water to get desired consistency. This pack is to be left on face for 20 minutes. Rinse well with cold water.
Potato Peels and Yogurt Face Pack
This face pack concerns my problem of pigmentation around mouth and I’m going to try it. Soak potato peels overnight in yogurt. Massage the yogurt on face with peels the next and leave for 30 minutes. Rinse off with plain water. You can also add a pinch of turmeric to the yogurt.
Potato and Almond Oil Face Pack
Boil a medium potato and peel it. Mash the potato and add one tsp. almond oil and 2 tsp. raw milk. Mix well and slather on face. Wash off with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. Almond oil can be substituted with olive oil. This face pack makes skin radiant and also moisturizes it.
Potato and Glycerine Face pack
Grate a medium-sized potato and add few drops of glycerine and 2 tsp. raw milk. Apply on face and neck and leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash off or better wipe away with damp cotton ball. This face pack has anti-ageing benefits and makes your skin firm. It prevents premature ageing of skin.
