5 Quick Ways to Condition Your Hair
My hair is always in a state of mess. Dry and frizzy are the words apt to describe my hair. Thanks to my hectic lifestyle, careless attitude, stress, pollution and harmful sun rays. But lately I have become a little more careful about my hair and health condition.
As I said in my opening lines, my hair is terribly dry and frizzy and what my hair mostly needs is deep conditioning. So today, Iâ€™ll be sharing you 5 ways to condition your hair.
Quick Deep Conditioning With Coconut Oil:-
Warm up some oil and apply on scalp and hair length. Gently rub into your hair from the roots to the tips, focusing on the dry and rough places. After massaging well use a plastic shower cap to cover your hair. You can also use warm towel for some extra pampering. After an hour, wash your hair with a mild shampoo. If you have very dry, frizzy hair then donâ€™t forget to use your conditioner.
Olive oil and honeyÂ are a great way to boost the shine and moisture level of hair.One just needs two ingredients and half an hour of time to get back the lost shine. â€œOlive oil and honey work together to deep condition your hair quickly, since the honey moisturizes your hair and the olive oil works to trap it in.â€ says hair expert Dr. Manoj Khanna.

Take half cup yogurt or depending upon your hair length you can increase or decrease the quantity. Add a raw egg, one banana (cut into pieces), 1tbsp of lemon juice and 1tsp of vitamin E oil to it. Dry hair people can add 1tsp of olive as well. Put all the ingredients into a mixer grinder and blend well. Shampoo your hair first and massage this mixture gently into your scalp. Let the mixture set for 15-20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. You can use this hair conditioner as often as you want to make your hair shiny, soft and lustrous.
HennaÂ for deep conditioning:-
Henna is used to naturally condition and dye hair since time immemorial. Mix heena with tea brew and curd to get a good paste. Part your hair into sections and apply to the paste with your fingers.Â Wear loves to avoid staining hands. Â Keep it for around 45 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. Donâ€™t wait till the henna dries, otherwise it might make your hair rough.
Coconut Milk, Yogurt and Camphor Hair Pack:-
If hair re-growth is your concern, then this hair pack will definitely help. All you need to do is to simply take some coconut milk in a mixing bowl and add yogurt in double proportion of that of coconut milk. Mix in a little camphor solution to this mixture and blend it well. Apply this pack onto scalp and massage gently with fingertips. Let the pack stay for a minimum of one hour or you can let it stay for a maximum of two hours.
