Mash half an avocado, add one teaspoon lemon juice and a generous helping of Epsom Salts. Massage this mixture well into both feet and leave on for about 15 minutes. This is a soothing treatment that leaves behind bright skin, along with the added benefit of relaxing the muscles due to the addition of Epsom Salts.
