6 Best Drinks For Glowing Skin


Girls how about some glow booster drinks? We put on so much of makeup to get our skin look glowy and dewy; But the makeup results are temporary. Only consumption of healthy and nutritious stuff can help you get glowy skin. And not only such nutritious intake will help our skin glow but it will do a lot more benefit to your body then you can even imagine.

The recipes of drinks that I shall be sharing with you girls today are certainly gonna help you achieve glowy skin and a fitter body as an additional benefit.

So ladies get your blenders ready and prepare yourself some beauty boosters.

Glowing Skin Juice:

Makes 1 serving


  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 large Orange
  • 1/2 Small red cabbage
  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 inches of ginger

Directions: Wash all the ingredients properly. Use organic veggies if possible. Except the citrus ingredients, put all the ingredients in the juicer and squeeze orange and lime with a citrus juicer. Now combine all the juices and enjoy the delicious juice.

Green Swiss Chard Smoothie:

Makes 5 servings


  • 2 cups cleaned swiss chard, stems removed, leaves roughly chopped, firmly packed.
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 Ripe pear, core, stem and seeds removed
  • 1 orange, peeled and quartered
  • 2 Ripe Bananas, peeled
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 cups ice

Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and process on low speed for few seconds, now increase to medium speed and then to high speed, and process for a minute or until well blended. The orange should be completely peeled with the “pith” removed. The pith is very bitter and if you to enjoy the smoothie, without added sugars, then this will make the end product sweeter along with the ripe fruit.

Kale, Pineapple and Coconut Milk Smoothie:

Makes 2 servings


  • 1 scoop of Bourbon Vanilla Whey Protein Powder.
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk or coconut water.
  • 2 cups baby kale or baby spinach.
  • 1½ cups chopped pineapple.
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen, broken into chunks.

Directions: Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend them on high speed. Blend till they are smooth.

Kiwi, Spinach & Avocado Smoothie:

Makes 1 serving


  • 1 ½ Cup of coconut water.
  • 1 cup Spinach.
  • 2 Peeled Kiwis.
  • ½ Peeled Avocado.

Directions: Add all ingredients to the blender and blend well on high speed. For an even more filling and boosting drink, add a scoop of plain or vanilla-flavored pea protein powder

Glowing Skin Elixir:

Makes 1 servings


  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 pineapple slices
  • 1 cup mint leaves

Directions: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on medium – high speed until smooth.

Cherry Drink:

Makes 2 Servings

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 2-4 kale cubes or a handful of fresh kale
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract

Directions: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on medium – high speed until smooth.

Orange Detox Drink:

Makes 2 Servings


  • 1/2 Banana 1 Orange – Peeled
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1 Radish
  • 1 Spinach Leaf
  • Handful Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 to 1 Cup of Spring Water – more or less depending on how thick you like it

Directions: Blend all the ingredients in a blender on slow for few seconds and then at high speed till the ingredients are smooth.
