Breathing Exercise

Breathing exercise is not a new found exercise for glowing skin. Breathing exercises rejuvenates mind and improves blood circulation.
Try controlling your breathing with counts, do this in a well maintained posture.

This is also a popular exercise for face that’s gives glow and at the same time tones the facial skin. Open your mouth wide; try to open your mouth as much as you can. Hold this pose for 10-15 seconds and relax.

Tongue Out Exercise

This is a step ahead of the “Wide Open Mouth” exercise. In this exercise exert force to keep your mouth wide open and at the same time keep your tongue out. Hold this pose for 15 seconds and relax. Repeat 8 to 10 times.
