Ayurvedic Remedies To Cure Baldness
So far we talked about hair loss, hair problems, DIYs, etc. and today we are going to talk about baldness. Well, this is a common problem among men but few women also face this to some extent. Women don’t get bald completely but you can see few patches on the scalp without hair. There can be many reasons behind this and curing it is also difficult. So often to cure baldness, people recommend opting for a treatment but is there any home remedy or Ayurvedic remedy to this? Of course, yes. Just read on to know more.
Few Causes For Baldness:
- Vitamin B6 and folic acid deficiencies.
- Excess stress can cause baldness.
- Few chronic ailments like Typhoid, cold, Influenza, Anemia, etc.
- Dirty and unclean scalp.
- Quick weight loss
- Scalp infections
- Over drugs consumption
Few Herbal Remedies:
- Milk And Liquorice:
Mix milk and liquorice in 2:1 ratio with a pinch of saffron and make paste. Apply this on the bald patches and leave it overnight and wash it the next day.
- Peppercorns And Lemon:
Cut 5 lemons and take out the seeds. Add 5-10 black pepper corns to these seeds. Now crush them all properly and apply this to the bald patches at least twice a day and do this for few weeks. You may feel slight irritation but this will improve blood circulation and stimulate the hair follicles.
- Cinnamon Powder, Olive Oil And Honey:
You will need cinnamon powder, honey and olive oil in 1:2:3 ratio. Mix them all well and make paste. Apply this to the bald patches and leave it for at least 30 minutes. If you can, leave it for an hour and then rinse it well.
- Fenugreek Seeds:
Take a handful of fenugreek seeds and make paste with them. Apply it to the bald patches or just apply to your entire scalp. Leave it for an hour or at least 30 minutes and then shampoo as usual.
- Lemon And Aloe Vera Gel:
Mix lemon juice and aloe vera gel in 1:3 ratios and apply it to the bald patches or all over the scalp. Leave it at least for an hour and then rinse it off.
- Beetroot Leaves:
Beetroot leaves work greatly. Take few leaves and boil in some oil. To this you can also add fenugreek paste or amla paste. Apply this to all over your scalp or the bald patches. Leave it for at least an hour and then shampoo. If not, you can directly apply the oil to your scalp and leave it overnight and shampoo the next day.
Mix camphor and curd in equal proportions and apply to the bald patches. Leave it for an hour and then shampoo. You can also mix a teaspoon of camphor in Â½ liter of any oil of your choice and apply it. Leave it overnight and shampoo the next day.
- Spinach And Lettuce:
Both spinach and lettuce are great for hair. You don’t have to apply it but make juice with these leaves and drink it regularly.
- Cumin Seeds:
Just take a teaspoon of cumin seeds powder and mix it in half a cup of any oil of your choice and apply it to your bald patches or all over scalp. Leave it overnight and shampoo the next day.
- Triphala Powder:
Get some triphala powder and mix it in either aloe vera gel or some oil of your choice. Apply this to your scalp or bald patches and leave it for an hour at least and then shampoo.
