Beauty and health tips by Bollywood diva Sushmita Sen

Sushmita sen advises  a peaceful mind which reflects on your face. She believes that if one mind is under control and is tuned to positive thoughts then you are a winner in the beauty field.
Sush prefers yoga and meditation every day to retain the freshness on face and mind. With yoga she works out every day to keep her body in shape.

In personal life Sush prefer wearing light colors so that she looks fresh and happy.


She avoids fried foods especially fast food varieties .Cereals with milk and a few almonds help her to start the day with a burst of energy .Fruit an juices are also beneficial according to her.


For glowing face she applies papaya and orange juice on her skin regularly. Drinks lots of water, gets enough sleep ,use sun protection and wear products that enhances her look but do not cover up her natural beauty.


She uses besan ka aata(gram flour) with malai(clotted cream) as a scrub to soften and cleanse the skin.


A concoction of neem (azadirachta indica) and honey to drink
Whenever she is in flight ritual she makes sure that she takes off all her makeup and oil her hair before boarding.
