Vitamin B helps in building red blood cells and our immune system.Including vitamin B in our diet balance out the oil secretion and reduces blemishes too.Also it prevent the scaly skin .We can have vitamin B in the form of fish, dried beans, bananas, meat, green leafy vegetables and dairy products too.
