Second week bridal beauty regime is as follows:-
Give your skin lot of nutrition this week.
Massage-Mash banana, add honey and milk powder of equal quantity in mashed banana. Make it like a body pack and apply it on your whole body and massage the pulp of body for five minutes after half an hour and wash it off with water.
Hair-If you want to color your hair then get it done this week it self so that you have time to make alteration if you donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t like it. If interested you can go for hair streaking as well. Condition your hair well with a good quality conditioner. You can make a good conditioner at home too. Soak methi dana (fenugreek seeds) for 2-3 hours, grind into a paste and mix it with curd. Apply on hair and keep it for 30 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water. Apply usual conditioner too after washing your hair with shampoo.
Skin glow-To make your skin glow clean your face nicely and massage it with vitamin E cream or CVD gel. Apply fruit pack too .Take any of your favorite food (of course it shouldnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t be apple) like strawberry, banana or papaya and mix milk powder in it. Apply it for 20 minutes and wash it off with water. Use papaya face pack for dry skin.
Hands and feet-Apply cold cream and massage your hands and legs with it before going to the bed. Clean your nails and apply transparent nail polish on them. Take half-filled tub of lukewarm water ,add shampoo, salt and lemon juice in it. Soak your feet into it and rinse them well with the help of a brush and a pumice stone. Dry them off with a towel and apply foot cream on it. Do this procedure every day. DonÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t forget to apply moisturizer on your hands and legs every day after you take bath.
Diet-Eat 4-5 small meals every day and make sure one meal is of fruits and vegetables. If possible Drink lots of nariyal pani . Keep your self-hydrated.
For freshness-Add few drops of vegetable oil and essential oil of your choice in your bath water. Bathing with this water will keep your fresh whole day and will de-stress you too.
