Rose is one of the best & most used flowers for a healthy glow. To prepare this scrub, take some almonds & grind them into a powder form. Then take 1 spoon each of ground almonds, milk cream & sugar along with a rose flower. Now mix these all up along with some water. This will form a thick paste which you can use as a scrub or even as a face pack. In addition, since this recipe contains milk cream, oily skinned beauties should avoid using this.
Ubtans have been used since ages to get a healthy glowing skin. This ubtan made from rose petals & orange peel cleanses the skin & makes it radiant. For preparing this, you will need 12-15 rose petals, dried orange peel powder, red lentil powder (Masoor Daal), rice flour, curd, almond oil & dried neem leaves powder. Start by crushing the rose petals finely & dry some Neem leaves naturally under shade. Then grind these leaves to form a powder. Next, take the orange peel & let it dry & make a powder from this. Then take half-a-teaspoon rice flour & add 1 teaspoon curd in a bowl. Add 1/4th a teaspoon each of Orage peel powder, Neem powder & Masoor Daal powder. To this, add 3-4 drops of Almond Oil & half-a-teaspoon of crushed rose petals. Now mix all the ingredients well to form a creamy paste & apply this as an Ubtan for a glowing complexion!
The Marigold flower possesses antibacterial properties & it is an antiseptic agent as well. It soothes the skin & can also be used as a natural moisturizer. Dry skinned beauties should try this face pack to keep the skin soft & supple. Start by crushing some Marigold petals into fine pieces. Now mix these with 5-6 drops of honey & 1 teaspoon of milk cream. Add besan to this & maintain the right consistency of a face pack. Apply this on your face & leave on for 15-20 minutes & then wipe off with a wet cloth.
We all know that Amla or Indian Gooseberry is rich in Vitamin C & antioxidants & it works wonder for hair. Take some hibiscus leaves powder or you may even crush some fresh leaves to form a powder. Now add amla powder & water to form a paste. Apply this paste on the scalp as well as hair & shampooÂ when the pack dries up. This pack will help keep your locks healthy!
The ingredients required to prepare this ubtan are some Gulmohar flower petals, lemon, Multani Mitti, milk, rose water, red lentil powder & almond oil. Start by cleaning the petals thoroughly & then crush these in such a way that they can be mixed easily with the other ingredients. Now, add half-a-teaspoon each of Multani Mitti & red lentil powder to the crushed petals. Then add one teaspoon of Rose water & 5-6 drops of lemon to it. Finally, add 2-3 drops of Almond Oil & half-a-teaspoon of milk & mix all the ingredients well to form a paste. Apply this ubtan on your face to get a healthy glowing complexion!
Hibiscus Powder & Coconut Oil For Hair Growth: Â To prepare this hair pack, you will need 2-3tbsp of Hibiscus powder, Coconut Oil & a mixing bowl. Simply mix all the ingredients well & apply on the hair length & scalp & leave on for about an hour. This pack will not alter the hair color and instead make the scalp moisturized, which is important for proper hair growth.
This face pack is meant for oily skinned beauties. Take some rose petals & crush them. Then mix these with Multani Mitti & rose water & form a paste. Apply this paste on your face while leaving the eyes & lip area & let it sit for a few minutes.
Then rinse off while it is in a semi-dry state & apply a moisturizer. This will add glow to your skin & also help in improving its texture too.
