  1. First of all Ishika i loved your name 🙂 to your query, healthy skin should start from within. Eat good and exercise enough along with a good CTM routine that suits your skin type. Then you also need to pamper your skin once or twice a week with a good scrub followed by a face mask. 🙂

  2. Ishika, I’m afraid, unless you are born with good genes, there’s nothing that can make you look flawless. But on a betetr note, taking good care does bring out what you already have.
    A good life style which includes plenty of sleeping
    Eating healthy
    Exercise even if that means only a bit of brisk walking
    And a good CTM routine with products meant for your skin types would help you in more ways than you could imagine.

    Ishika 1st you did’t mention what is your Skin type… ?:-) According to your skin type You have to do Cleansing,Toning and Moisturizing.In the market you have lot of products to choose.My advice is to go with Herbal products which is best and skin friendly :-))

    Apart from this for acne problem you can use tea tree oil mix with your toner and face packs.For moisture naturally massage weekly thrice by Coconut oil,Almond oil,Olive oil after 15 mts take out the excess oil by Moist cotton,and follow by a mild face wash or you can use besan flour. For acne marks Mix Lemon and Honey in equal amount and apply it for 15 mts regularly.For Black heads rub on the spot by rice and curd mix and leave it for 5mts then wash.

Have lemon water on empty stomach followed by coconut water or fenugreek soaked water which keeps yourself free from consipation problems that leads to a healthy bowel.Eat apple daily without excuses and a big glass of milk and banana will definitely add a subtle glow to your skin which i have noticed on myself during my bridal regime.exfoliate your skin regularly using a paste of milk(if dry skinned)/curd(if oily skinned),besan/gram flour,a pinch of turmeric(if you are sensitive skin ,please do avoid turmeric) and finally a drop of honey before you take bath.Sunscreen is a must daily to wear even if you are sitting inside your airconditioned room.Drink loads of water and keep yourself stress free(sing aloud,sleep atleast 8 to 9 hours daily,speak to your lovable ones daily).I am sure if you follow these,definitely ur skin will glow from within.all the best.

Do cleanse, tone 2-3 times a day followed by day or night cream; use moisturiser and scarf while goin out; use face packs/ masks once a week, scrubs 1-2 times a week if ur skin is not sensitive.. apply honey before bathing whenever possible. eat balanced food, dates,honey and fruits.. this is what I do.. i find good results. 🙂

  6. There are a lot of products in the market that that you can choose, but my advice is to go with products that contain chamomile. They calm the skin and make it gentle and soft. Drink plenty of water. Eat fruits and vegetables, sleep enough and of course do the exercises at least 2-3 times weekly.
