Product Color & Texture- The cleansing water appears to be a light green clear liquid in the bottle but actually it transparent clear water based cleanser.
The texture is very light and not too heavy on the skin. It thoroughly removes every trace of makeup from the skin.

My Experience with Caudalie Make-Up Removing Cleansing Water:
Well, after trying so many cream cleansers I thought of trying this miceller water cleanser for effective makeup removal and skin cleansing.
The cleaning water does live up to the claims made by the brand of cleaning the skin thoroughly without stripping off the natural layer of the skin which keeps in intensively moisturized.
It is a great cleansing water for sensitive skin. I use it to remove makeup instead of a creamy cleanser sometime. Well, in my opinion it is not a very effective makeup remover for long staying makeup. I have used the Bioderma cleanser as well and think that both have their own pros about which I will discuss in my next post.
With this cleansing water, it is not like a single cotton pad is enough to remove the makeup. I do need at least 3-4 cotton pads to remove makeup and to clean and residual makeup left after cleansing. Same goes for the eye makeup and you have to do it a few times, while I believe an eye makeup remover will do a better job in perfectly removing makeup from the eyes.
The best thing I like about this cleansing water is that it clears the face very effectively and leaves the skin soft and supple along with a refreshing cooling sensation.
Overall, I think the product is certainly something to have as it acts as an effective makeup remover, face cleanser & toner. A 3 in 1 product is certainly something to try on!
What I like about Caudalie Make-Up Removing Cleansing Water:
- Cleans skin effectively
- Removes every trace of makeup
- Light weight
- Perfect for hot & humid climate
- Great of combination/ oily skin
What I don’t like about Caudalie Make-Up Removing Cleansing Water:
- Lacks a bit as makeup remover!
Will I recommend?- Well, I really liked this multiple duty product and would recommend those who love light weight micellar cleansing water over creamy / oil cleansers!
