Chambor Single Blush in 59 Star Delight
I had always underestimated the significance of a blush in a makeup routine and often used to skip wearing it. I always failed to understand what difference a blush could make to the face until I started using one. By choosing the right colors and using the right technique, a flush of color on the cheeks adds a healthy look to the face and prevents it from looking flat and dull. Now I’ve got so addicted to blushes that I just can’t get enough of them!
Today, I’ll be reviewing a blush cum highlighter from Chambor in the shade Star Delight.

My experience with Chambor Single Blush in Star Delight:
Chambor Single Blush in Star Delight is an earthy pink shade blush with lots of golden shimmer. The shade is very unusual and looks really pretty on deeper skin tones. Though I like the color but I restrict its use only for special occasions and evenings because I feel the shimmers are a bit overpowering.
When you try to pick up the shade, the brush picks up more of the shimmer than the base color. Hence for me, this works better as a highlighter than a blush. I use a fan brush and apply it to my cheek bones and the bridge of my nose only.
In my opinion, on lighter skin tones the earthy pink may show up more.
Texture and Pigmentation: Chambor Single Blush in Star Delight is very finely milled and has a creamy texture though it is a powder blush. Blending the product well is the key to use this one or else you may end up with a golden patch on your cheeks 😛 The pigmentation is also good so there are chances of going overboard.
On my oily skin, it stays for about 4 hours and thankfully the shimmers do not emphasize my open pores.
Packaging: The blush is housed in a dark blue case with a mirror and a brush. The brush provided is not harsh but I find it too tiny to use. The case shuts tight with a click sound so you can carry it around without any worries.
What I like about Chambor Single Blush in Star Delight:
- Beautiful earthy pink shade.
- Can be use as a blush cum highlighter.
- Very finely milled.
- Decent staying power.
- Easily blendable.
- Easily available.
What I don’t like about Chambor Single Blush in Star Delight:
- Shimmers are a bit overpowering.
- Can be easily overdone.
- Has a bit of fallout.
Final Thoughts: Chambor Single Blush in Star Delight is a captivating shimmery pinky-brown shade for deeper skin tones and works best as a highlighter. The texture is very smooth and silky and the staying power is also impressive. But if you’re not into shimmer blushes then you can easily skip this.
Rating: As a blush – 2.5/5, As a highlighter – 3.5/5
