City Color Lip Balm is packed with Vitamin E to help nourish and soften lips while providing a splash of color. This ultra-creamy formula glides on your lips providing moisture for deep hydration, and leaving behind fabulous color. Available in 16 natural shades.
How to Use: Apply to lips for a hint of nourishment and color.
Packaging: Oh my my….The word is cute. I like the cute ‘shiny pink little heart’ detailing lipstick kind of packaging. This lip butter comes twist-able tube format. I has a mild vanilla scent and taste to it but not something that is bothersome.Over all the packaging is so girly and cute. I am sure, one can purchase it only for the packaging.
My Experience With City Color Lip Butter-Delight
Texture and Finish: The texture if this lip butter is soft and smooth that glides easily without any tugging and pulling.I was expecting this lip butter to be more moisturising but it was not up to the mark. Nevertheless it gives little hydrating effect to my oh not so dry lips.Generally,I use it underneath my lip color to avoid any kind of patchy appearance.
It gets waxy after a while of application which feels little heavy on lips, hence I always wear it with some lip liner or lip color.
Oh:(, before you jump into any conclusion, let me tell you guys,It is a lip butter after all. It cannot be a lipstick even it looks like a lipstick 😛 The pigmentation is okay-ish and not good enough to cover pigmented lips. It gives a rosy hue to lips after a couple of swipes.
Staying power is poor. Well, according to company claims it is moisturising and heels chapped lips too which is or true at all.It lasts only for about 1 hour and needs re-application after every then and now.
