Colorbar No Fuss Emery Tipped Cuticle Stick

Hey there!

There are some products that are available that just seem so incredibly interesting that you buy them without even thinking how you are going to use them.

The product I am now going to review is one such purchase. It looks incredibly enticing, even if it’s functionality is incredibly limited I certainly don’t regret the purchase.

About Colorbar No Fuss Emery Tipped Cuticle Stick:

Whip out these little sticks for spiffy cuticles in a jiffy. The plain ends clean your nails while the colored tips do more than just look pretty. They’re tipped with fine grit to push back cuticles and clear up unwanted skin for the neatest cuticles in town.

Fine quality wooden material allows for soft yet firm grip.

Dual tips allow for cleaning, pushing and clearing up and untidy cuticles.

Packaging: It comes a classy black plastic ziplock pack that is travel friendly and saves space too. The glossy black packaging that holds the orange sticks with colourful emery tips are easy to locate in the vanity.

The product, overall, looks incredibly attractive and that is the main selling point of this product; not it’s functionality.

My take on Colorbar No Fuss Emery Tipped Cuticle Stick:

Marble nail art tutorials on YouTube introduced me to the functionality of orange sticks. They can be used for a wide range of techniques in nail art and best of all, it can be used to clean the underside of the nail. I haven’t seen orange sticks being sold as such, so I jumped at this product despite its exorbitant price tag.

I think this product is a pretty nifty purchase for me. I have used it for nail art designs, pushing back my cuticles and cleaning the underside of my nails. The emery part of this stick is a much kinder way of getting rid of cuticles, as opposed to cuticle clippers and other forms of removal.

Sometimes the emery part may have been a tad too harsh on my nail bed, but I think I have now mastered the technique of softly buffing away the cuticles. The orange stick is sturdy and be cleaned after use and are decently reusable. Although the emery part will obviously wear away after continuous use.

There isn’t a whole lot to say about this product, merely because it is not an indesipensible product. It also has an exorbitant price tag for what is essentially 6 emery tipped wooden sticks. But if you do purchase it, are into nail care and art then you will find the product well suited to your needs.
