If you are fond of making your own homemade pastes of ginger garlic paste then tip cooking tip is for you.

After you make the paste add a tsp. of hot oil to the paste with little salt.This way paste will last longer and fresh too.

You can do the same with green chilli paste as well to make it last longer.
