Ingredients

Corn(Bhutta)-1Cup(for 3 person)
(You can boil 3 large size corn with 3-4 vessels in a pressure cooker and take out the corns or boiled corns are available in the market but don’t use the canned one as it contain lot of preservatives which are not good for health)
5 cups of water
2 tsp corn flour
1 chopped Onion
1tsp Butter
1tsp sugar
Salt
Pepper
Soya sauce (1tsp)
Chili sauce(1tsp)
Vinegar(1tsp)
Method
1.Put corn flour in 1/4th cup or (3 tsp )water and set it aside
2.Boil the corns in the pressure cooker. Keep half of the boiled corn with water aside.
2.Grind rest of the corn with water which is in the pressure cooker.
3.Take a pan add Butter into it .
4.Add chopped onion and grinded corn into it.
5.Add salt ,pepper,sugar and then rest of the left over corn with water.
6.Boil it for 5-7 minute.
7.Add chili sauce, soya sauce and vinegar into it
8 Serve hot
You can add boiled spinach, grind it and use it in the soup. You can use mushroom with the corn. Similarly you can add lot many variety and experiment with your soup.
