My experience with Deborah Milano Red lipstick No 12 Red Corset :
Shade – No 12 RED CORSET is medium warm toned Oranges Red shade not as vibrant as it looks in tube, it settles down to much more wearable shade of ORANGE which is flattering on all skin tones effortlessly.
Texture – It has creamy light weight texture, not fully opaque as you can see in pics, it is very creamy and hence appears little uneven if am munching or having something in between. It is not one of the best lipstick textures I tried and at this price I wanted something which looks polished and even for hrs. IT doesn’t settle in fine lines but starts to disappear from inner corners which are so irritating at times.
Staying power – I get some 4 plus hrs of wear with this, the glossiness disappears in 1 – 2 hrs but the orange tint stays for long and doesn’t mess around. As it claims there is no dryness once it wears off, as it’s so creamy and hydrating.
What I like about Deborah Milano Red lipstick No 12 Red Corset:
- I love the shade – so summery it is.
- The gold packaging which looks beautiful although not light weight and sleek.
- The price is also okay considering overall aspect of lipstick.
- The pigmentation is nice – not fully opaque but still achievable in two swipes.
- The staying power is good if not exceptionally great.
- The way my lips feel moisturized once it wears off is awesome.
- It has SPF 15.
What I don’t like about Deborah Milano Red lipstick No 12 Red Corset:
- The texture is bit disappointing, I so wish it could layer more even and the smell is also very annoying.
Ratings – 4 /5
I liked the colour but the texture is not the best I tried so far , this range have different finishes and this is one you can try if you are happy with the shade , some other shades are little too frosty for my liking .
